- Prompt tuning. When the AI starts answering customers oddly, or you want it to handle a new kind of question, we adjust the prompts and test it.
- Model swaps. When something better comes out — and it does, every few months — we evaluate it and move you over if it makes sense. No hype-chasing.
- A phone number to call. When something breaks or your staff hits a wall, you call us. Same number as everything else.
How retainers work
