What’s covered

  • Staff training. In-person or over screen-share. We walk your team through the tools we set up, show them what works, and answer the “wait, can I use it for X?” questions that always come up.
  • Prompt tuning. When the AI starts answering customers oddly, or you want it to handle a new kind of question, we adjust the prompts and test it.
  • Model swaps. When something better comes out — and it does, every few months — we evaluate it and move you over if it makes sense. No hype-chasing.
  • A phone number to call. When something breaks or your staff hits a wall, you call us. Same number as everything else.

How retainers work

  • Monthly flat fee based on how many systems you’re running and how much hand-holding your team needs. Quoted up front.
  • Pause or cancel anytime. No annual contracts.
  • Includes a quarterly review. We sit down, look at what’s working, retire what isn’t, and decide what to try next.
