What happens in the audit
- We come to you and spend an hour or two watching how the work actually flows.
- We ask blunt questions. What eats your time? What gets dropped? What do you wish you didn’t have to do yourself?
- We point at specific places AI can help — and the places it can’t or shouldn’t.
- You get a written roadmap within a few days: what to set up first, ballpark cost ranges, and what we’d defer or skip entirely.
What you get
A short written plan, not a pitch deck. Three to five concrete recommendations ranked by how much time they’d save, with ballpark estimates for setup and what it might cost to keep running. AI pricing depends on which tools fit and how deep the integration goes, so the numbers in the roadmap are estimates, not quotes. If we think the answer is “honestly, you don’t need AI for this yet,” that’s what the plan will say.
What this isn’t
- A freebie. The audit has a flat fee.
- A sales call. You can take the roadmap and implement it yourself, hand it to someone else, or sit on it. No pressure.
- A commitment. We don’t need a retainer or a contract to do an audit.
