What we commonly fix

  • Cracked screens — usually replaced same-day or next-day depending on the part
  • Dead batteries — won’t hold a charge, only works plugged in, swelling/bulging
  • Broken charging ports — only charges at certain angles, won’t charge at all
  • Stuck or missing keys — full keyboard replacements when needed
  • Liquid spills — best chance of recovery is fast diagnosis
  • Won’t power on — diagnostics, power supply, RAM, or motherboard repair

What we don’t do

We don’t currently handle Apple/Mac laptops. If that’s what you have, we can point you to a good local Apple-authorized repair shop.

Honest evaluation first

Some laptops are genuinely worth fixing; some aren’t. We’ll quote the repair, tell you roughly what a comparable replacement would cost, and let you decide.

Frequently asked

Is it worth repairing my laptop or should I replace it?
We quote the repair and tell you honestly what a comparable replacement would cost. For the common stuff — screen, battery, charging port — repair is usually the better call. For motherboard work on an older machine, replacement sometimes makes more sense.
Do you work on MacBooks?
No. We're PC only. If you have a Mac, we'll point you to a local Apple-authorized shop.
How long does a screen replacement take?
Once the part is in hand, the swap itself is usually under an hour. Ordering time depends on the model — some screens we keep in stock, others take a couple of business days.
Can you replace my laptop battery?
Yes for most PC laptops. The swap takes about an hour once the part is in hand, and we verify the battery cycles properly before leaving. If your battery is visibly swollen or bulging, stop using the laptop and unplug it — swollen lithium batteries are a fire hazard and need handling in person, not over a screen-share.
