What this looks like
If your PC is showing pop-ups warning you to “call Microsoft,” opening browser tabs you didn’t ask for, or running fans constantly while doing nothing — there’s a good chance something is running that shouldn’t be.
We’ll figure out what’s actually going on (often it’s not as bad as it looks), remove anything malicious, and set up reasonable protections so it doesn’t happen again.

- Full malware scan with multiple tools
- Remove unwanted programs and browser extensions
- Reset hijacked browser settings (homepage, search engine, default browser)
- Patch the underlying OS and apps that let it in
- Set up a sensible antivirus and explain how to spot the next scam
